NOVEL MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND USE OF THE SAME

摘要

It is intended to provide an anti-PAC1 monoclonal antibody capable of rec ognizing PAC1 having a native structure, a PAC1 activity regulator (in parti cular, an activity inhibitor) containing the above antibody, a preventive/re medy for a disease relating increasing physiological activity of PAC1 which contains the above antibody, a diagnostic for a disease relating to an abnor mality in the PAC1 activity which contains the above antibody, and a method of screening a substance regulating the expression of PAC1 by using the abov e antibody and a cell expressing PAC1.
