PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of mismatch between an object code and a source code on the PLC side while improving transfer efficiency in the case of transferring a source code whose edition is completed from a program development support apparatus to the PLC in which a user program is an object code whose reverse conversion to a source code is difficult. SOLUTION: The PLC is provided with a source code storage means for storing a source code of a user program, an object code storage means for storing an object code of the user program, and a judgment means for judging whether the source code corresponding to the object code is stored in the source code storage means or not when the object code stored in the object code storage means is changed.
