PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-shaft drive device for solving disadvantages, where only parameter values of a specific shaft can be displayed and changed on the same screen of a conventional operation panel and those of a plurality shafts cannot be displayed and changed when controlling the plurality of motor shafts. SOLUTION: The multi-shaft drive device has a plurality of motor drive sections 3n having inherent parameters for driving a plurality of motors 2n. The multi-shaft drive device comprises: a single parameter management section 12 for numbering a logical shaft number #n for identifying the correspondence to the plurality of motors 3n to the motor drive section 3n, and managing a plurality of shaft parameters; a parameter read/change section 13 for reading and changing the parameter values of one shaft; an operation panel 17 for displaying data including parameters and inputting from a key; and a multi-shaft data processing section 18 for reading/changing a plurality of shaft parameter values simultaneously.
