PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system controller improving the efficiency of access processing to a flash memory, a flash memory system having the system controller, and a method for controlling a flash memory module. SOLUTION: When first access instruction information is applied from a host system 4, first operation instruction information for accessing an area including a first access area based on the first access instruction information and an area following the first access area is applied to the flash memory module 2. When second access instruction information is applied next to the first access instruction information, whether a second access area based on the second access instruction information is an area following the first access area or not is determined, and when determined that the second access area is the area following the first access area, the flash memory module 2 continues processing based on the first operation instruction information without applying new operation instruction information.
