The neutral position (N position) at the center in a pivot region of a stick shaft (61) of the joystick device (45) is set at a tilt angle (?) at which the neutral position is tilted a predetermined angle relative to a grip section (51), so that the joystick device (45) is placed tilted to the grip section (51) side.
