SAFE VEST AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A safety vest and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to secure the safety of a working person by using a photo luminescent sheet when the person moves to a dark place abruptly. Plural bands(20) are connected to each other to form a safety vest that is worn on a user. The bands are hung on both shoulders of a user and are worn on a user's waist. To form the band, a photo luminescent sheet is attached on a white sheet. A reflection sheet is attached on the photo luminescent sheet. The upper surface is processed by high pressure pressurizing molding to collapse the particles of the reflection sheet and to make a part of the photo luminescent sheet seen on the upper surface of the reflection sheet in the shape of a predetermined pattern.
