PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction structure for a piston engine capable of suppressing noise and compacting a whole structure. SOLUTION: A connecting rod guide 20 on which a side surface of a connecting rod 13 can slide is provided in at least a rotation direction of a rotary shaft 15 of a section opposing to the side surface of the connecting rod 13 of a base 16 of a cylinder 11.
