PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal specification automatic adjustment system in a training machine capable of correctly and quickly setting a load amount optimal for a training machine user based on the prescription of a doctor and, if necessary, automatically adjusting the position of a seat or the like of the training machine for fitting it to the physique of the user. SOLUTION: This personal specification automatic adjustment system is so constituted that the load amount optimal for the training machine user is recorded in a memory medium M such as a magnetic card, an IC chip, and an IC tag, a reader means 2 capable of reading the data is provided, a controller 4 capable of actuating a weight mover 3 based on the load value data is disposed and, when the weight mover 3 is actuated, a weight 1 is moved to a prescribed position corresponding to the set load amount and the moving track of the weight 1 is thus changed to adjust the load amount by the weight exercise.
