PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of saving image data dealt with by the own device at a storing place which is an external device other than the own device and arbitrarily establishing a storing place according to a condition (attribute information) about handling of the image data. SOLUTION: The image processor saves an image data dealt with by the own device at a storing place determined based on a condition about handling. The image processor comprises an editing means, a storing means, and a transmitting means. The editing means generates, deletes, and changes a storing related information including a condition specific information for specifying the condition about handling, based on an input from outside and a storing place specific information for specifying one of a plurality of external devices connected to the own device over a network. The storing means stores the storing related information. The transmitting means transmits the image data to be stored to the one of a plurality of external devices based on the storing related information stored at the storing means.
