PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield room system for measuring leaked radio waves, in which the electric power leaked from an electromagnetic shield room does not exceed the level of weak radio waves that is specified by Radio Law, nor poses radio wave interference to a surrounding wireless communication equipment. SOLUTION: By employing a double structure using an electromagnetic shield material to which a conductor is applied for an electromagnetic shield room, an electromagnetic shield effect is enhanced. Further, by utilizing a space between the electromagnetic shield material that is applied with a conductor on the outside and the electromagnetic shield material applied with the conductor on the inside to install a transmission antenna 31 connected to a transmitting device 32, performance of the electromagnetic shield material applied with a conductor can be measured using a much smaller transmission power for the transmission device than a conventional technology.
