PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercover structure of a vehicle engine room capable of ensuring compatibility between the improvement of aerodynamic characteristic under the engine and the reduction of the height in the vertical direction of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In the undercover structure for the vehicle engine room, the engine 8 is disposed in the engine room 2. The undercover structure has undercovers 16, 24 having a flat shape disposed so as to cover at least a part under the engine room 2, and a mounting means 20 for mounting the undercover to the engine so as to be displaced synchronizing with the engine.
