The low pressure casting mechanism for the production of casting part such as cylinder heads of modern vehicle engines, comprises a mold forming a form cavity for the casting part, a feeding unit for supplying hot, fluid cast material into the mold, and an interchangeably arranged stainless steel feed bush screwed with a base plate of casting tool. Strong wear susceptible part surface and/or a part section of the feeding unit is provided with coating having ceramic, tungsten and/or molybdenum powder portions. Inside of the feed bush is equipped with the coating. The low pressure casting mechanism for the production of casting part such as cylinder heads of modern vehicle engines, comprises a mold forming a form cavity for the casting part, a feeding unit for supplying hot, fluid cast material into the mold, and an interchangeably arranged stainless steel feed bush screwed with a base plate of casting tool. Strong wear susceptible part surface and/or a part section of the feeding unit is provided with coating having ceramic, tungsten and/or molybdenum powder portions. Inside of the feed bush is equipped with the coating. The feed bush is arranged within an area of an upper end of an uptake and/or hose tube regarding the force of gravity. The liquid cast material enters into the mold by the area of the upper end of uptake and/or hose tube. The steel is a hot-working steel that is applicable as tool steel at more than 200[deg]C. The coating portion is applied in powder form on the wear susceptible part and/or the part section through flame spraying process.
