PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible to connect many signal lines efficiently. SOLUTION: An interface unit 1 comprises a first joint 25, a second joint 26, a third joint 27, a fourth joint 28, a power supply 30, and a selector 31. Each of joints 25, 26, 27, and 28 is constructed so that it can be connected by a connector, and the power supply 30 can supply electric power to a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) 4 and an external equipment 6 through each of joints 25, 26, 27, and 28.
