PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a constant volume discharging container to discharge in constant volume irrespective of a remaining liquid volume in the container. SOLUTION: The constant volume discharging container 10 is equipped with a metering cylinder 12 provided in a sealed container 11 and a discharging cylinder 13 for connecting a metering chamber 12A of the metering cylinder 12 with the outside, wherein the metering cylinder 12 includes communication holes 14A and 14B formed along the vertical direction of the cylinder 12 so that a liquid filled in the container 11 flows from the container 11 into the metering chamber 12A of the cylinder 12 when the container 11 is raised to stand. The container 11 is equipped with a shield cover 15 for shielding sideward from the front of the communication holes 14A and 14B of the cylinder 12, and the cover 15 is formed by making a gap 16 communicating with the inside of the container 11 between the cover 15 and the cylinder 12.
