PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic sheet body capable of preventing the omission of a coated lip cosmetic and protecting the coating surface. SOLUTION: The lip cosmetic sheet body 1 includes a sheet body B which makes it possible to apply the lip cosmetic to the lips by being bent and clamped by the lips. The sheet body B has a coating sheet 2 with the coating surface 2a coated with rouge, a guard sheet 3 arranged on the coating surface 2a and provided with a punch hole in a shape imitating the lip of a person, and a base sheet 4 provided on the opposite side of the coating surface 2a of the coating sheet 2. On the guard sheet 3, a cover sheet 5 is arranged. The coating surface 2a is protected by the cover sheet 5. Also, since the cover sheet 5 and the coating surface 2a are separated by the guard sheet 3, the sticking of the coated rouge to the cover sheet 5 is reduced or prevented.
