A support structure of a road sign board is provided to install many road sign boards easily in the wanted direction, to replace or repair the damaged component only by forming each component to be assembled or disassembled partially, and to reduce the cost required for installation and maintenance of a road sign board by manufacturing easily. A support structure of a road sign board for fixing a road sign board to a post(200) installed at the roadside includes a band(140) having band assembling screw holes perforated at two ends to be adhered and fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the post and many holder supporter coupling holes(143) perforated at regular intervals in the matrix shape, holder supporters(120) coupled to the holder supporter coupling holes of the band at regular intervals and forming a pair in a symmetric structure, a horizontal bar holder(110) slid and inserted between two holder supports, and a horizontal bar(100) fixed to the horizontal bar holder and fixing the road sign board. The holder supporter is provided with many screw coupling holes(123) perforated at the corresponding intervals to the holder supporter coupling holes of the band, fitting projections(121) formed at the inside to fix the horizontal bar holder and a locking projection(122) formed at the bottom to prevent the separation of the horizontal bar holder, and coupled by many coupling bolts(130) and coupling nuts(131), and the horizontal bar holder is fitted with the horizontal bar at the center and provided with fitting wings(111) to be slid and fixed to a space between the band and the fitting projection of the holder supporter.
