<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide self-dispersed colored particulates having a dispersing function in an aqueous dispersion medium not necessarily requiring a dispersant such as a surfactant and a water-soluble resin, excellent in storage stability at the time of preparing an aqueous dispersion and ink, excellent in discharge stability without head clogging during printing, excellent in coloring properties, transparency, and gloss of printed matter, and providing an image excellent in image fastness properties such as light resistance, water resistance, and fixing properties, and to provide an aqueous dispersion containing the self-dispersed colored particulates, and ink for inkjet recording or ink for color filters. <P>SOLUTION: In the self-dispersed colored particulates, the substance composing the colored particulates is a composite color material consisting of a water-insoluble color material and a hydrophilic color material prepared by introducing a hydrophilic group into a color material having the same or a similar structure as the water-insoluble color material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
