<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit in which a large current does will flow, even when the target value and observed value agree, and increase in power consumption is reduced, and which is suitable for integration. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit 100 comprises an electrical signal comparator 211 which compares a threshold V1 with an input voltage IN of a signal inputted from the outside and outputs a signal OUT1 for bringing a switch SW1 that is a first connection means into an ON (closed) state, if the input voltage IN is lower; an electrical signal comparator 212 which compares a threshold V2 with the input voltage IN and outputs a signal OUT2 for bringing a switch SW2 that is a second connection means into ON-state, if the input voltage is higher; and a capacitor 213 which accumulates electric charges for holding the output voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
