PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs of a frame which supports a thermal head. SOLUTION: The frame 7 consists of one sheet of an aluminum plate A1 and is equipped with a lateral girder part 71, a radiation part 72, and arms 73 articulated with both side ends of the lateral girder part 71. The arms 73 are comprised of standing end parts 73a articulated via bending parts w1 with both the side ends of the lateral girder part 71, arm parts 73b of a curved shape articulated with the standing end parts 73a, and pivot parts 73c articulated with front ends of the arm parts 73b. The radiation part 72 is articulated from the lateral girder part 71 located at one side x1 of the aluminum plate A1 towards the other side x2 via a bending part w2. The arms 73 form a blank 70 along the shape of the frame 7 from the aluminum plate A1 so that top parts T of curved curves of the arm parts 73b are directed towards the radiation part 72 side via a notch, and also so that the arm parts 73b are located adjacent to the radiation part 72.
