An eye drops container which can drip chemical solution only under a handstand state and does not discharge pressurized gas or the like in the container body even if it is operated incorrectly under an erecting state. The eye drops container comprises a container body (10) being filled with chemical solution along with pressurized gas and incorporating a valve mechanism (20) for discharging a fixed amount of chemical solution, a nozzle member (30) coupled with a stem (24) for open operation of the valve mechanism (20) and having a chemical solution drip nozzle (31), an operating member (40) provided with an operating piece (41) and attached to the container body (10), a guide member (51) contained in the operating member (40) and guiding the nozzle member (30) in the axial direction, and a ball (52) contained in the guide member (51), characterized in that the nozzle member (30) has an outer flange (33) for suspending a skirt (34) on the lower surface thereof, the guide member (51) has a ringlike bottom groove (51a) into which the forward end of the skirt (34) enters, and the ball (52) falls into the bottom groove (51a) under an erecting state to block open operation of the valve mechanism (20), and falls onto the outer flange (33) under a handstand state to permit open operation of the valve mechanism (20).
