PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect the displacement of performance data in a memory. SOLUTION: Image data are detected from a VROM and a checksum is computed on the basis of the detected result of the image data. On the basis of the accumulation of the computed result of the checksum, a sum counter S is computed and the computed result of the sum counter S is displayed at a decorative pattern display device. Thus, even when the image data are displaced in the image data of a low using frequency, a tester can easily find the displacement of the image data on the basis of the comparison of the display result of the sum counter S with an accurate checksum.
