PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow circuit boards which is easily attached without looseness and also is enhanced in workability of attaching/detaching the circuit boards, and moreover, to prevent the circuit boards from coming off by dead weight, when the circuit boards are unscrewed for maintenance, checking, or the like. SOLUTION: On a baseplate 20 of a substrate module 2, where a circuit board 21 and a power supply circuit board 22 are arranged side by side, located under a control circuit board 14 of a body module 1, having inverter circuit boards 13, 13 on both sides of a rear face 10a and having the control circuit board 14 on the upper part of the rear face 10a, and located in between the inverter circuit boards 13, 13, receiving and supporting parts 23, 24 for receiving the bottom parts of the circuit board 21 and the power supply circuit board 22, and attachment parts 25, 26 for screwing upper parts of the circuit board 21 and the power supply circuit board 22 at the upper parts of the receiving parts 23, 24 from the bottoms are arranged.
