PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which has a highly reliable connecting portion between an insulating substrate with electrodes on both surfaces thereof and connecting substrates connected to both electrodes, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 100 related to a first feature of the invention is equipped with: the insulating substrate 102 with the first and second electrodes 113, 123 formed on both surfaces thereof; a first terminal 114 formed on an end edge of the insulating substrate 102 and connected to the first electrode 113; a second terminal 124 formed opposite to the first terminal 114 via the insulating substrate 102 and connected to the second electrode 123; a first connecting substrate 116 connected to the first terminal 114 via a first anisotropic conductive material 115; and a second connecting substrate 126 connected to the second terminal 124 via a second anisotropic conductive material 125. When the region connected with the first anisotropic conductive material 115 and the region connected with the second anisotropic conductive material 125 are seen from a direction normal to the principal surface of the insulating substrate 102, both approximately coincide with each other.
