PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multiply the output frequency of an oscillator by a circuit whose multiplication loss is small, and whose scale is small as a result. SOLUTION: This electronic circuit device is provided with: a negative resistance circuit (15) including a first transistor (10) whose control terminal (G1) is connected to a resonator (30) and a second transistor (20) whose control terminal (G2) is connected to an output terminal (D1) of the first transistor (10), and which is serially connected via a path (25) different from the control terminal (G2) between a DC bias terminal (Vdd) and the output terminal (D1) of the first transistor (10).
