PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic compound having a high triplet excitation energy level and also excellent in solubility with solvents, an electric charge-transporting material consisting of the organic compound, and an organic electric field light-emitting element having a high brightness, high efficiency and long life by using the same. SOLUTION: This organic compound is expressed by formula (I) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>6</SP>are each H or an optional substituent; Ar<SP>1</SP>is an aromatic hydrocarbon group or the like; Q<SP>1</SP>is a direct bond, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic heterocyclic ring group or the like; and (n) is 2 to 6 integer]. The organic compound is suitable for the production of the organic electric field light-emitting element by a wet type film production method by using the same, and especially in a blue phosphorescent light-emitting element, it is possible to obtain the organic electric field light-emitting element having a high efficiency and a long life.
