PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed structure for a vehicle, which provides a bed in the driver's cabin of a vehicle with a simple configuration, secures a broad luggage compartment space, and improves an occupant's habitability by enhancing the space efficiency of a driver's cabin. SOLUTION: The bed structure for the vehicle is provided with a bed body part 30 which is extendingly arranged in a vehicle width direction behind a driver's seat 20 of the vehicle, a bed extension part 40 formed of a part of the bed body part 30 which is extended forward, a bent frame 50 which allows lower parts 51 to be rotatably pivoted to the bed extension part 40 to be erected and tilted at both sides of the bed extension part 40 in a vehicle width direction and allows middle parts 52 to be formed to extend in a vehicle front and rear direction along the upper surface of the bed body part 30 in an erected state and is formed into a shape bent upward at a half way of the bed body part 30 in a vehicle front and rear direction, and a cushioning material 60 which is extended in a vehicle width direction and attached to the upper parts 53, 54 of the bent frame 50.
