PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating chassis having excellent molding processability, heat conductivity, heat radiating properties and electromagnetic shielding properties and having heat conductivity and heat emissivity which are approximately intermediate values of a metal and a general-purpose resin. SOLUTION: The heat radiating chassis is used for making heat escape from a heating element. The heat radiating chassis is composed of a heat conductive resin composition composed of a thermoplastic resin [A] and a specific heat conductive filler [B].
