PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device utilizing movement of a magnetic wall. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a magnetic wire having a plurality of magnetic domains. The magnetic wire includes the magnetic wall which is moved by either one of a pulse magnetic field or a pulse current, and is notch-free. Thereby, since the magnetic wire of the semiconductor device includes the magnetic wall which is controlled in moving distance by intensity and width of the pulse magnetic field or the pulse current, a separate notch for controlling movement of the magnetic wall is not required.
