The present invention provides topical compositions comprising at least one antibiotic, at least one keratolytic agent, and at least one occlusive agent. The present invention also relates to the use of such compositions for the treatment of dermatological or intradermal infected lesions, in particular skin abscess. The compositions can be formulated in any form suitable for topical administration, and may be applied onto a bandage or gauze.
