A centering module for an image pickup device is provided to reduce power consumption, and perform a centering operation resistant to vibration or impact applied from the outside. A lens group member(110) includes at least one auto-stabilization lens member(11). An image pickup member(120) converts an image light, which is transmitted from the lens group member, into an electric signal. An adjustment member(130) is mounted on the auto-stabilization lens member, wherein the correction member has at least two first ferromagnetic plates(131a-131d). A fixing member(140) is disposed to face the adjustment member, wherein the fixing member has second ferromagnetic plates(141a-141d) respectively corresponding to the first ferromagnetic plates. Magnets(150a-150d) are contacted with the first ferromagnetic plates and the second ferromagnetic plates, wherein each of the magnets has one of a spherical shape or a semi-spherical shape.
