The device has a fixation unit fixing an end (14a) of a cylindrical shaped articulated rod (14) on an upper controlling pivot (10) that controls a cylindrical shaped air inlet guide vane. A connection unit (18) connects another end (14b) of the rod and an actuating ring (16). The end (14a) is fitted in a bore (24) of the pivot of the guide vane. A pinching unit pinches the end (14a) of the rod in the bore of the pivot for ensuring its fixation on the pivot. A clamping nut (32) is screwed on the end (14a) of the rod, and a washer is inserted between the nut and a tapered shaped pinching part.
