METHOD OF PREPARING POLYMER MEMBRANE FOR FUEL CELL

A method for producing a polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell is provided to accomplish uniform dispersion of inorganic additives in a polymer electrolyte membrane, thereby preventing methanol crossover and improving the quality of a fuel cell. A method for producing a polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell comprises: a step(S1) of providing a composition for forming a polymer electrolyte membrane comprising a cation exchange resin, inorganic additives and an organic solvent; a step(S2) of evaporating the organic solvent in the composition to provide a highly concentrated composition for forming a polymer electrolyte membrane; a step(S3) of applying the highly concentrated composition onto a substrate to form a polymer electrolyte layer; and a step(S4) of separating the polymer electrolyte layer from the substrate to provide a polymer electrolyte membrane.
