<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a visually handicapped person to operate a transaction without installing an exclusive keyboard or a handset. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction selection screen is displayed on a display section, and when locations for fingers of a user touched with a touch panel are entered into a displayed key area, the touch panel is vibrated by a vibration producing section.
