An apparatus for manufacturing a pipe with reinforcing parts is provided to rapidly and easily fabricate pipes having various shapes by changing a sectional shape of the pipe. A circular pipe(10) is supplied through a feeding device(100) including a plurality of feeding rollers(110). A primary pressing device including a primary pressing roller and a primary support roller is provided at a rear portion of the feeding device. A secondary pressing device including a secondary pressing roller and a secondary support roller is provided at a rear portion of the primary pressing roller. A third pressing device including a third pressing roller and a third support roller is provided at a rear portion of the secondary pressing roller. A recess is formed in the third support roller so that the pipe that has passed through the third support roller is recessed.
