PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer printed-circuit board that can counter-sink a stub with high precision so as to make it short, its stub countersunk machine, and method. SOLUTION: A current sensing layer 16 is provided for exclusive use that electrically connects a wiring layer of the multilayer printed-circuit board 1 and a penetrating via hole 3, and the countersunk depth of the penetrating via hole 3's stub 2 is controlled based on the point where an cutting edge of an electrical drill 11 gets in touch with the penetrating via hole 3.
