An indoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to improve safety and to organize internal of a body neat and tidy by installing an inner cover at a body and shielding an opening unit. An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a body(2) having an intake hole(3), discharge holes, and an opening unit, a plurality of filters(131,132,133,134,135), a front panel(150), and an inner cover(200). The opening unit is installed at a front surface of the body. The filters are coming in and out through the opening unit, and being mounted in the body. The front panel is rotatably installed at the body to open and close the front surface of the body. The inner cover is connected with the body and shields the opening unit. The width of the inner cover is shorter than the width of the opening unit. The height of the inner cover is lower than the height of the opening unit. |
