DRYING EQUIPMENT/METHOD OF CONDUCTIVE LAYERS FOR THE STACKED TYPE POLYMER CONDENSER

A method and an apparatus for drying a conductive layer for a stacked type polymer condenser is provided to maximize drying efficiency of the conductive layer by accurately spraying a hot blast onto a surface of an electrode foil. While an electrode foil(23) for a polymer condenser immersed in a carbon solution and a silver paste is moved along a hot blast tunnel(18) by a conveyor(20), a hot blast is sprayed onto the electrode foil to a downward direction from an upward direction. A nozzle(22) for spraying the hot blast is disposed adjacent to the passage, through which the electrode foil passes, to directly spray the hot blast onto the electrode foil. The plurality of nozzles are disposed along the traveling path of the electrode foil.
