A camera module compatible with an antenna is provided to effectively utilize an internal space of a communication appliance by reducing a volume and area which are occupied by an antenna. A camera module comprises a housing(110), a lens part(120) movably installed in the housing, and an imaging part(140) taking an image passing through the lens part. A resilient antenna(150) resiliently engages the lens part to the housing, and is made of a conductor to receive an radio wave. The lens part is moved in a certain direction to the housing by a driving part(130). The driving part moves the lens part to adjust a focus of a subject to be imaged or zoom the subject.
