A movable picnic table and bench with a roof is provided to manufacture simply in a simple structure, and to move and install simply and shortly. A movable picnic table and bench with a roof is formed by coupling table legs(20) supporting a table(10) and posts(30) supporting a roof(40) integrally, and installing benches(50) to be supported by the table legs and the posts, wherein the table legs arranged to be inclined toward the outside of each table are coupled to four corners of the table to be supported to the ground and to fix the table strongly, and the posts are formed to be inclined toward the upper outside of the table and the upper outer corner of the roof is fixed to the top of the posts to make the area of the roof wider than the overall area of the table and the chair to prevent rain from entering the inside of the picnic table and bench with a roof effectively and to prevent rainwater flowing along the roof from splashing to users. In addition, a shelf is placed on the upper part of the table parallel to the bench and fixed to the posts to keep various small tools for cleaning and to arrange users' personal goods simply, and the roof is composed of many rafters(41) fixed to the top of the posts and arranged to be inclined downward to flow out rainwater smoothly, a girder(42) placed perpendicular to the rafters on the upper end of the rafters, many roof panels(43) placed parallel to the girder and forming the top of the roof to cut off the inflow of rainwater or sunlight to the inside of the picnic table and bench with a table, and the ridge(44) of a roof fixed to the upper part of the girder to prevent rainwater from flowing in between the roof panels.
