PIVOT HINGE

A pivot hinge is provided to prevent the deflection of an entrance door and to make installation simple. A pivot hinge comprises a hinge body(30) fixed to a wall to support an entrance door and provided with a piece insertion hole at the front end and an anchor insertion hole at the rear end in a longitudinal direction to couple a set piece and an anchor respectively, and a shaft(40) connecting the hinge body and the entrance door and functioning as an axis during opening and closing the entrance door, wherein an extension(31) is formed to be extended in a vertical direction of the hinge body and adhered closely to a wall(20) together with the rear end of the hinge body and provided with a bolting hole to bolt on the wall, and a set piece is inserted to the piece insertion hole of the hinge body to fix the shaft to the hinge body not to rotate even if the entrance door rotates.
