A width adjusting device for a tube reversing drum is provided to prevent a tube from being wound in a zigzag way onto the tube reversing drum by moving a pair of movable turrets and supporting both sides of the tube. A width adjusting device for a tube reversing drum includes a pair of fixed turrets(25A,25B), a pair of movable turrets(30A,30B), and a plurality of collars(40). The fixed turrets are fixed at both ends of a rotating rod(22) of a container(20) of a reversing drum(10). The movable turrets are opposed from each other between the fixed turrets, and assembled to the rotating rod such that the movable turrets are detachable. The collars are assembled to the rotating rod so as to adjust the width formed between opposed movable turrets.
