A contact-type light detecting sensor for increasing sensing capability and reliability is provided to increase reliability and sensing capability of a light detecting sensor by using a protection film with a collimator. A plurality of unit light detecting devices are formed on a substrate to form a contact-type light detecting sensor substrate(4). A backlight unit(5) is bonded to the lower portion of the substrate. A protection film(3) in which a collimator pattern is embedded is disposed on the substrate. The collimator pattern of the protection film is made of a light masking metal or a light masking polymer material, and the rest of the protection film except the collimator pattern is made of a transparent polymer material or an inorganic material.
