A flexible member and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including the same are provided to perform supply and compensation of common voltage efficiently. Data leads(441,442) are formed on a flexible film(410), and are for connection with a data line. First and second application leads(432) are formed as leaving a space for the data lead on the flexible film, and apply common voltage to a common electrode. A feedback lead(431) is formed on the flexible film and feeds back the common voltage applied to the common electrode. The first and second application leads respectively have plural common voltage supply paths.
