A natural binder powder for manufacturing an ink, a method for preparing the natural binder powder, and a using method of the natural binder powder are provided to improve the period and convenience of storage and to reduce the space and cost for storage. A natural binder powder is prepared by (S10) mixing 30-40 parts by weight of a natural resin, 4-9 parts by weight of a sweet potato starch, 2-5 parts by weight of a bamboo charcoal, 2-5 parts by weight of the skin of an onion, 5-7 parts by weight of ethanol, and 5-10 parts by weight of an anion emitting powder selected from the group consisting of sericite and kiyoseki, and 100 parts by weight of water as a solvent; (S20) pulverizing the mixture into a nano-size to form a nano-aqueous solution; (S40) recovering a slurry from the solution; and (S70) pulverizing the mass binder obtained by the solidification of the slurry.
