<p>The present invention provides compositions comprising a water-sensitive matrix, a water-dispersible agent, and/or entrained water. The entrained water, for example, can be entrained within a plurality of capsules or particles, wherein upon use the entrained water is released thereby effecting the release of the water-dispersible agents.
