A battery pack having a protection circuit module is provided to prevent a momentary short circuit between a protection circuit module and a battery main body. A battery pack having a protection circuit module includes: a rechargeable battery main body(110) having electrode terminals(112) on the outer surface thereof; a protection circuit module(120) which is electrically connected to the electrode terminals and is separable from the body main body; and a fixing part which fixes the electrode terminals and protection circuit module by elastic force. The fixing part comprises: a first fastening part(102) which is united with the battery main body to have the protection circuit module within and to cover one surface and both sides of the battery main body; and a second fastening part(104) which is united with the first fastening part while covering the other surface and both sides of the battery main body. |
