A skin beauty care device is provided to prevent the separation of a metal vibration plate and the noise resulting from the vibration, and to improve the durability of a case by using hooking protrusions and recesses. A skin beauty care device includes a couple of holding parts(4), a piezoelectric element(40), a metal vibration plate(30), a power line, a metal plate fixing rod(10), a hooking protrusion and a gripping portion(20). The metal plate fixing rod is placed on the holding parts, and has an insertion groove(12) on the front thereof to make the metal vibration plate inserted therein. Plural hooking recesses are formed on the inner frame of upper or lower case(1,2). At least two hooking protrusion are formed vertically on the case to be coupled with the hooking recesses. Plural embossed parts are formed on the gripping portion.
