A chair for stretching cervical vertebrae is provided to enable a user to stretch his/her cervical vertebrae and to correct his/her posture conveniently without the help of other people at any place. A chair for stretching cervical vertebrae includes a seat, a backplate, first and second chin supports, and a chin support ascending/descending device. The first and second chin supports are symmetrically installed on the chair to support a user's chin selectively. The chin support ascending/descending device includes first and second cable gears(14,16), a center gear(12), a cable gear guide unit, a rotary plate(26) and a handle(28). The center gear is installed inside a center gear casing, engages with the first and second cable gears simultaneously, and drives the first and second cable gears linearly by two directional rotation.
