An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is provided to have excellent electromagnetic wave shielding capacity, excellent wrinkle resistance and adhesive property with electronic equipment by forming a flexible elastic support layer on an electrical conductive layer having high electrical conductivity and forming embossing portions on the surface. An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet(1) comprises an electrical conductive layer(11) made of metallic materials such as aluminum having high electrical conductivity to shield or absorb electromagnetic waves more effectively, an elastic support layer(12) made of high molecular resins providing flexibility and placed on one side of the electrical conductive layer to prevent the formation of irregular wrinkles on the electrical conductive layer while making an electrical conductive layer, and many minute embossing portions(13) formed on the surface to guide wrinkles to be formed regularly along the embossing portions while using a sheet and to increase adhesive property with electronic equipment.
