A food container assembly is provided to let a person eat jelly or chocolate without staining fingers with food by holding each piece of edible container after separating a container body. In a food container assembly, a container body(10) comprises plural main receiving parts(11) formed as one body and disposed adjacent to each other to form independent receiving spaces; a connecting passage(12) connecting the edges of the upper ends of each main receiving part; and combining holes formed at the edge. An edible container is composed of: food receiving parts formed corresponding to the shape of each main receiving part and combined with each main receiving part to contain food stuffs; a supply passage formed corresponding to the shape of each connecting passage and combined with each connecting passage; cut lines dividing each food receiving part, in order to cut the food receiving parts by forming holes at regular intervals; and combining projections formed at the edge and joined to the combining holes. The edible container is produced by mixing and kneading rice powder or barley powder of 40wt.%, bean powder of 30wt.%, and wheat flour of 30wt.% and drying and molding the mixture. A cover plate has a locking sill formed at the edge and locked to the edge of the container body and fixing pins extended downward on the surface facing each food receiving part and stuck into the food stuff contained in each food receiving part.
